North Korea's Kim Jong-il, Texas Gov. Rick Perry...

Cherokee Nation's Election held on June 25th STILL remains unresolved.  Principal Chief Chad Smith, having appointed or reconfirmed all 5 Supreme Court justices, it makes it difficult for the election process to have legitimacy if somehow Smith prevails in the most contitious election in Cherokee history.

Over time, the longer a leader remains in power, the more power he craves. Just ask Texas Gov. Rick Perry and a leader he most admires.

FoxNews Reported, FoxNews Decided...

Last week, we learned that Fox News maliciously reported that President Obama had been assasinated and alledging that that their twitter account had been hacked and was responsible for its content.  Their vice president and general manager, Jeff Misenti, claimed that he was WORKING with Twitter to address the situation".

He further alleges that "we (Fox News) will be requesting a detailed investigation from Twitter about how this occurred, and measures to prevent future unauthorized access into FoxNews.com accounts,"

He further states that FoxNews.com regrets any distress the false tweets may have created. I kept reading and looking for harsh language scolding twitter. They did not even say they would even cancel or consider canceling their twitter account for such a reprehensible and treasonistic act.

One question. Would FoxNews have handled the situation exactly the same had not the President been African American?
